Flu vaccine offered at Health Department

The Lewis County Health Department, 51 Smith Avenue, Hohenwald, will offer an after-hours H1N1 Vaccine (shot) clinic on Tuesday, December 8, 2009, 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
This is a walk-in clinic, no appointment is necessary. The vaccine is free of charge and available to all age groups regardless of medical condition.
