Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 27, 2010 with Glen Floyd, pastor of Freedom Holy Temple, officiating. Burial followed in the Tom Seiber Cemetery.
A Marine veteran, Mr. Garrison was born May 26, 1952 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Dois Garrison and Marguerite Marie Osborn Garrison.
Survivors include a son, Jesse Garrison of Columbia and sister, Mary (Tex) Stacy of Hohenwald.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Knudsen.
