Kenneth Wayne Seiber was born on July 11, 1956 and passed away on December 7, 2019 at the age of 63.

He is the son of Betty Jo Chapel Reeves and the late Spankie Seiber. He is also preceded in death by his sister Jo Ann Macintosh, brother Mark Anthony Seiber, step brother Tommy White, and cousin Buster Sanders.
