J.D. Carroll, age 76, passed away at his residence on February 6, 2020. He was born in Lewis County on May 27, 1943 to the late Leonard and Mamie Carroll.

Along with his parents, Mr. Carroll was preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie Jean Carroll, and son, Johnny Wayne Carroll.

Anyone who is from Hohenwald knew Mr. J. D. by the nickname of "Nub" or "Mr. 45." He enjoyed getting in his Chevy Blazer and just cruising around town.
