Mary Lou Cotham Morton, age 89 of Hohenwald, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 19, 2020, at her home.

It was said in her family that we spend our lives here on earth in order to get to our eternal home, and Granny Mary Lou paved the way and showed us how that's done.

She was born in Lewis County on September 12, 1930, to Thomas and Cassie Cotham. She married Eunice Morton and they raised their family here in Hohenwald. She worked at Walmart for most of her career and touched many lives along the way.
