Shaheed Terry, age 72 of Linden, peacefully passed away at his home on March 13, 2020.

Mr. Terry was born in Champaign, Illinois to Lillie (Lewis) Terry and the late John Terry on October 24, 1947. He served in the United States Army in the 1960’s, completing a tour of Vietnam. After returning home, Shaheed became an ordained pastor in his hometown.

In his spare time, he enjoyed going fishing, trying to reel in the biggest catfish or working in his vegetable and flower gardens. Mr. Terry was an avid sports fan and always supported the Tennessee Titans. In quiet moments, he loved to s...
