Creamy Ranch Pork Chops
April 16, 2020
It's not often you run into a dish with so few ingredients, yet it is fast, easy, and delicious for your hungry family.
I've included two recipes below: The first is super easy and requires only three main ingredients. Thank you, Nan Fink of Spring Hill, for sharing this recipe with me.
The second recipe includes cream cheese, which always makes the most delicious sauce to spoon over your side dishes.
Both recipes pair well with rice, mashed potatoes, or angel hair pasta.
Package of pork chops
1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix
In crockpot, layer pork chops, add the cream of chicken soup, then sprinkle dry Ranch dressing all over. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours OR low for 6 hours.
The pork chops come out very tender, and the sauce makes a terrific gravy for mashed potatoes, rice or pasta noodles.
Slow Cooker Ranch Pork Chops
6 boneless pork chops (can substitute with chicken)
1 (1 oz) packet of Ranch dressing mix (do not make the dressing)
4 oz cream cheese
1 can of cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup chicken broth or white wine
Place pork chops in a slow cooker. Combine the Ranch dressing mix, cream cheese, soup, and broth. Pour over pork chops. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
