Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Lewis County Elementary School was not able to hold the usual kindergarten registration which was scheduled for early April.

Enrollment cards and student data and medical information forms may be picked up at the front entrance of the elementary school building.

Parents or guardians are asked to complete and return these forms along with a copy of the child’s birth certificate and certificate of immunization and current physical by May 15, 2020.
