REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT


The Lewis County Board of Education is accepting proposals for construction management. The Construction Manager will provide all services necessary to complete projects designated at a future date and meet a schedule as set forth by the Lewis County Board of Education in a subsequent agreed upon contract. Proposals must be mailed or hand-delivered to the Director of Maintenance, Lewis County Board of Education, 206 S. Court Street, Hohenwald, TN 38462 by May 11, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. CST. Respondents are to submit ten (10) sealed copies of the proposal clearly marked “Construction Management Proposal”. The Lewis County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all responses in whole or in part, and to waive informalities therein.
