Q: Where did you grow up?

A: The first 20 years was in Massachusetts. Right outside of Boston, 20 miles outside of Boston. I went away to all boys private schools from when I was 7 years old all the way till I was 18. So I didn't know high school, I didn't know co-ed classes. My first co-ed class was when I went to college.
