Lewis County Commissioner Wendell Kelley brought to our attention this week a misunderstanding from the meeting of the Board of Commissioners on Monday, May 18, 2020.

During the meeting, Commissioner Kelley read part of an email from Mayor Jonah Keltner that stated, “Like most of you, I am a frugal conservative who absolutely hates the idea of raising taxes or fees.”
