Give blood at Hohenwald Church

Every day, the American Red Cross helps patients battling disease and facing the unexpected, even during a global pandemic. Coronavirus takes a heavy toll on all of us, but especially first responders and hospitals. Right now there is an urgent need for blood. Help show your support for their efforts with a blood donation.

When you donate blood, you support the heroes on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic. Your donation helps ensure doctors and hospitals have access to lifesaving blood.

Upcoming opportunities to give blood in Lewis County will be Tuesday, June 16, 2020 from 1:30-5:30 p.m. at Hohenwald Church of Christ, 110 Park Avenue South.

Donating blood products is essential to community health and eligible donors are encouraged to donate during the COVID-19 outbreak. The Red Cross follows the highest standards of safety and infection control, and volunteer donors are the only source of blood for those in need.

For the safety of donors of the community and in accordance with CDC guidelines, all donors are required to wear a face covering or mask. If you do not have one, a mask will be provided to you.
