Richie Carroll recently announced he is a candidate for the office of Highway Commissioner in the August 6, 2020 election.

He states:

"My name is Richie Carroll and I want nothing more than to serve Lewis County, my hometown, my community, and the birthplace of my family, as Highway Commissioner.
