Mamie Grinder Landers passed from this life at her home in Nashville on June 8, 2020. She was 101 years of age.

She was born May 26, 1919, in Lewis County, the daughter of the late Bert Grinder and Sisley Floyd Grinder. She was a member of the West Nashville Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters, Audrey Grinder Loveless and Reba Grinder Powers; her baby brother, Carl Grinder; her husband, Frank Landers; grandson, Bill Morton Jr.; and son-in-law, Bill Morton Sr.

Mamie is survived by her daughter, Patricia Morton of Nashville; nieces, Gail Donelson of Michigan and Faye Ray of Hohenwald; nephew, Mike Grinder of Hohenwald; and a host of great nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held at the Swiss Cemetery with Pastor Glen Floyd officiating.

She is reunited with the Grinder family, her grandson and son-in-law and her great niece, Jan Loveless, her great nephew, Stevie Donelson, and nephew, Donnie Ray Loveless.
