Martha Helen (Tanner) Qualls, age 76 of Hohenwald, passed away at NHC Lawrenceburg on June 21, 2020.

She was born February 28, 1944 in Pleasantville, to the late Emmitt and Emma Lee (Ayers) Tanner.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Ray Tanner and Harlon Tanner; and sisters, Virginia Kilpatrick and Janie Tanner.
