This week's recipe comes from a lady who makes the best jams and jellies. I tell her all the time to franchise.... it's that good.

Ingredients:

2 Lg-XL Portabella Mushrooms

1 lb. Ground Sausage (I use 1/2 lb. hot & 1/2 mild)

1/2 cup Spinach & Artichoke Dip 1/4 cup Sour Cream

1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Divided

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, Divided

2 Tbsp Bread Crumbs, Divided
