Hannah Mae Thomas and Joshua Barnett were married at nine o'clock in the morning of July 1, 2020 in New Orleans, Louisiana in a private elopement. The Rev. Samantha McGovern officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Dan and Janet Thomas of Hohenwald, and the granddaughter of Bill Thomas and the late Geneva Thomas of Dublin, Virginia, and Cdr. Robert Thomas and Mrs. Cozette Thomas of Arcadia, Florida.

The groom is the son of Will Barnett and Valaurie Dunn of Hohenwald, and the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gene Barnett, and Oscar Reeves and the late Nora Reeves, all of Hohenwald.
