Volleyball Teams set for Action

 


The Lewis County Middle School and Lewis County High School volleyball teams are preparing for the upcoming season that is set to begin with the start of the 2020-21 school year. The LCHS Volleyball team’s first match is August 18th, the LCMS team will begin play on August 3rd.

Coach Robyn Durham of the LCHS Volleyball team is ready to start the season. “I am looking forward to a great season,” Durham said, “with all the uncertainties in the world these girls continue to show their dedication to the sport and our team. We are aware the season may look different than past seasons but the one thing that remains consistent is the driving force to get to play an awesome season and show our Panther Pride.”

Members of the LCHS volleyball team are Emma Hinson, Nylah Halbrooks, Kaitlyn Hinson, Brooklyn Carroll, Reagan Webb, Madasyn Durham, Mya Sevier, Aly Stutts, Reese Duncan, Cabry Hill, Serenity Warman, Keira Halbrooks, Isabel Greve, Kerrigan Reeves, Presly Hill, Breeah King, and Daryka Reavis.

Coach Rachel Riley of the LCMS Volleyball team commented, “We have a great group of hard working girls who are excited about volleyball.” “As the season approaches,” she continued, “ we are looking forward to a great season.”

Members of the LCMS volleyball team are Madison Crowell, Sophie Stutts, Addison Osborne, Aubrey Hankins, Brandy Price, Sydney Owen, Analeigh Walker, Jazalyn Conner, Kinlee Keltner, Kierston Trull, Makaela Dotson, Lexi Hinson, Kylie Runions, and Emery Norris.
