Janie Louise Brewer Ellis, lifelong resident of West 5th Avenue in Hohenwald, passed away Friday, July 31, 2020 at the Reserve Assisted Living in Spring Hill. She was 79 years old.

Janie was born November 24, 1940 to Bonnie M. and Nannie Lou Brewer in Gordonsburg. On May 28, 1960, she married the love of her life, John Ellis. They recently celebrated 60 years of marriage.

She is survived by her husband, John Ellis, 2000 Reserve Blvd, Spring Hill; and her sons, Mike (Nancy) Ellis of Columbia and Steve (Cindy) Ellis of Franklin; daughters, Karen (David) Jackson of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Ch...
