Girl Scouts honor Women's Suffrage

Girl Scout Troop 1521 and 3033 studied Women's Suffrage during the 100th anniversary of the passage of the 19th amendment to our Constitution.

All three girls chose the yellow rose in support of the amendment. Girls also made a bookmark showing a choice of yes for this amendment.

They plan to complete the patch by planting a yellow rose bush outside the Girl Scout building.
