The Lewis County Middle School golf team played in the annual Fall Classic at Hohenwald Municipal Golf Course on Monday, September 21 with teams from Perry County, Hickman County, East Hickman, Summertown, and E.O. Coffman.
In girls play, it was Summertown taking first with a team score of 94, Lewis County second with a 116, Perry County third with a 117, Hickman County fourth at 122, and E.O. Coffman fifth with a 137.
Lewis County’s Abby Carroll finished second with a 46, three strokes behind the leader. Linley Harris had a 70.
In boys play, it was again Summertown taking first with a team score of 175, E.O. Coffman second at 185, Lewis County third with a 191, Perry County fourth with a 202, Hickman County fifth with a 217, and East Hickman sixth at 264.
Lewis County’s Brayden Whitlow was tied for fifth with a 44. River Carroll had a 45, Mason Owen a 48, and Bo Banks a 54.
