Girl Scouts honor Women's Suffrage

 

October 1, 2020

Troop 1521 and 3033 met September 15, 2020 to complete the planting of yellow mums beside the Girl Scout building at Lewis County Memorial Park in celebration of Women's Suffrage.

They used mums because no yellow roses could be found. Pictured are, left, Maria Tripp, Katelynn Tripp, and Eva Duncan. The girls were assisted by Troop Leader Dorothy Warf.
