Hohenwald Police Department continues the search for the whereabouts of Nicholas Skelton, whom they believe has fled the state.
Skelton fled the scene after apparently shooting a man at a trailer on Allison Avenue in the early morning hours on Saturday, September 15, 2018.
Hohenwald Police reported Skelton appeared to be delusional or high on drugs at the time of the incident.
The victim was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment of injuries deemed serious.
