Dear Editor,

I am a Republican, have been my whole life.

I am also retired from the U.S. Air Force working most of my career in Europe as Special Ops.

When President Trump disparages our election process or urges followers to chant “Trump 2024,” I fear.

I fear for my life and property.

I fear I will be dragged out of my house and my belongings confiscated. This is what “good Germans” did to other good Germans who disagreed with Der Fuhrer.

I fear poison or simply disappearing because this is what “good Russians” do to other good Russians who disagre...
