Former Bank President Bert Moore passes

Bertram Adolphis “Bert” Moore III, age 73 of Hohenwald, passed away at his residence on October 12, 2020.
Mr. Moore was President of the Lewis County Bank from 1992 - 1996 when it sold to Community South Bank. He most recently worked for Oliver Technologies.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Moore; two sons, Ben (Christie) Moore and Bertram Moore IV; two brothers, Rick Moore and Jonathan Scott; two sisters, Rebekah Rayborn and Ruth Pasarela; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home on Thursday, October 15 from 5-8 p.m.
