Johnny Dwayne Creasy of Hohenwald passed from this life on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at the age of 67.

He was born on November 21, 1953, to Johnny Creasy and Christine Davis, at the Boyce Clinic in Hohenwald. He grew up and married the love of his life and most importantly his best friend, Carole Defoe, in 1978. He was a proud entrepreneur in Hohenwald. Dwayne lived his life to the fullest, and was a friend to all who knew him. His most favorite part of his life came later when he became known as "Pop" by his six grandchildren.

Left to cherish his memory on this earth are his wife, Carole Creasy of Hohenwald; sons, Brad (Emma) Creasy and Michael (Anna) Creasy of Hohenwald; his mother, Christine Bratcher; his father, Johnny Creasy; brothers, Tony Creasy, Greg Bratcher, Kevin Creasy, and Jerry Seiber; his grandchildren, Kylie, Carter, Cash, Chloe, Callyn, and Grayson Creasy; and a host of extended family members.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Kerry Don Seiber.

Graveside service was held on Saturday, December 5, at 2:00 p.m. in the Swiss Cemetery with Blake Farr officiating.

McDonald Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
