Lori Duncan Kolb, age 54 of Fairview, entered eternal rest and is at peace.

Born in Nashville, she grew up in Franklin, attending Williamson County Schools before moving to Cookeville. She graduated from Putnam County High and attended Middle Tennessee State University.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles "Mac" Duncan; her step-father, Dr. "Hal" Wilson; and her grandmother, Eula Hennessee Latham.

Survivors include her loving daughters, Heidi Kolb and Hai-Lee Kolb; and devoted mother, Sylvia Duncan Wilson.

A private memorial service was held on January 10, 2021 in Hohenwald....
