Ethelyn Earhart of Hohenwald passed away at the age of 82 after an extended illness at Life Care Center in Columbia on Friday January 15 with family at her side. She was born in Pennsylvania on November 25, 1938 to the late Thomas and Laura Hitsue Adamson. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Carl "Mike" Earhart.

Mrs. Earhart loved dancing and owned and managed a ceramic shop for several years. For approximately eight years she served as head cook at the Golden Saddle.
