Calvin Chester Qualls passed away January 15, 2021 at Maury Regional Medical Center at the age of 89.

He was born in Pleasantville on May 14, 1931 to the late Ollie and Birdie Ayers Qualls.

Mr. Qualls worked at Great Lake Steel Company for 22 years as a crane operator. After leaving the steel company he and his wife moved to Hohenwald where he began his own backhoe services business. Calvin was a member of The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in Hohenwald until recently when he began attending in Mount Pleasant.
