Horse Plus Humane Society partnered with Dr. Scott and Lisa Cannon to host their adoption day and toy drive back in December. Although they were sure they were going to continue the tradition, they had to change up their plans due to COVID-19. So the adoption day and toy drive went virtual.

Ten horses were adopted and they received over 50 donations from all over, even some donations from the United Kingdom, Germany and Australia, said Cannon. All donated toys went to the Little Swan Hunting Club to give out to children in need.
