COVID-19 vaccination is currently available on a limited basis by appointment at Lewis Health Center (LHC) in Hohenwald for those who qualify under the phases outlined by the Tennessee Department of Health. Vaccination is provided at no charge.

LHC is one of several federally-qualified health centers that were recently named by state officials to assist with administration of vaccines to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
