Mrs. Lydia B. Floyd, of Hohenwald, passed from this life on Thursday, February 11, 2021, at the age of 97.

Lydia was born on January 9, 1924, to Arnold and Fannie (Smith) Conner, here in Lewis County. She married her best friend, Glen Floyd, on February 17, 1944, and was a dedicated wife and homemaker until his passing in 1991. She briefly worked for Henry I. Siegel here in Hohenwald as well. She and Glen were members of the Methodist Church here in Lewis County.
