Kindergarten registration packets will be available to pick up starting on Thursday, March 11, 2021 during Parent-Teacher Conference. These packets will be located at the Lewis County Elementary School front entrance. Instructions will be included. Current Pre-K students’ parents will receive kindergarten registration packets from their child’s Pre-K teacher. Completed forms may be dropped off at the LCES office anytime during school hours.

Also, the school will be having two evenings, Wednesday, April 7th and Thursday, April 8th from 3:15-6:00 p.m. for parents to drop off these completed forms. Required documents are a copy of your child’s birth certificate, the Certificate of Immunization, and proof of kindergarten physical. The student must be 5 by August 15th. Please return the completed forms to the office so we may register your child. If you do not have your child’s required documents, you may bring them to the LCES office once you acquire them. Please know that your child will not be enrolled until we have all required documents. Again, these registration packets located at LCES are not for currently enrolled Pre-K students.
