The Lewis County Highway Department will be accepting bids for RS-2 (emulsified asphalt) delivered and picked up per gallon. Bids should be for April 1 through October 31, 2021.

All products should meet TDOT specifications. Bids should be in sealed envelopes with product and vendor information marked on outside. Bids will be opened on Monday, March 22, 2021 at 10:00 am at the office of the Lewis County Highway Department.

The Lewis County Highway Department does not discriminate based on race, color or national origin in federal or state sponsored programs pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. We reserve the right to accept or reject bids, also to use a different bidder in the event that the awarded vendor cannot furnish the department needs or if product quality is compromised.
