The City of Hohenwald abruptly put a Stop Work Order on the restoration of Darrin's C Mart convenience on Highway 412. The building lost most of its roof in the storms last month. Owner 'Sonny' Patel has slowly been putting things back together with a team of workers, however it seems that various permits were not in place including (1) IBC 105-1 Permit Required. (2) 1107-1 Submitted Documents, (3) Stamped Plans Required and (3) Licensed Commercial Contractors Required.
