Get your hands clapping, your toes tapping, and your dancing shoes on - Friday Night Block Parties are back.

Sponsored by the Hohenwald/Lewis County Chamber of Commerce, the block parties will be held on Friday nights from 7:00-9:30 p.m. at The Lot (city parking lot) on East Linden at North Maple.

Bands scheduled include: May 7 - Southern Fire Band, June 11 - Station Joe, July 9 - TBA, August 13 - Outlaw Country, and September 10 - Showtime Band.

There is no charge to attend but everyone is encouraged to bring a lawn chair.
