Do you need some motivation to get walking? The 10K Challenge may be just what you need to get you moving to a healthier lifestyle. The Challenge will begin on May 1, 2021 and continue until May 31, 2021. This challenge allows you to set a flexible schedule and walk at your own pace with the plan of completing 10,000 steps every day during the month of May.
