Kindergarten registration is underway. Please come to Lewis County Elementary School at 305 South Oak Street for registration forms.

Children will be scheduled for a Kindergarten screening on Tuesday, May 11th. Completed forms may be dropped off at the LCES office anytime during school hours.

Required documents are a copy of your child’s birth certificate, the Tennessee Certificate of Immunization, and proof of kindergarten physical. The student must be 5 by August 15th.
