The Pilot Club of Hohenwald recently donated $1,000 towards the Lewis County Public Library and Archives' expansion campaign, "Building for the Future- Preserving the Past."

Making the official donation was Lindsey Wayland, Pilot Club President, surrounded by members of the organization. Accepting the donation on behalf of Friends of the Library was Jaimee Troutt, Library Assistant.

The Library and Archives is a long-term partner with the Pilot Club, helping to support the group's focus on brain safety and health by providing resources about dementia and meeting space for community education programs and for the Lewis County Alzheimer's Support Group.

This recent Pilot Club donation is just one of the many ways the group carries out their mission to "influence positive change in communities."
