Tennessee Department of Education announces over $2M in Perkins Reserve Grant Awards

Lewis County Schools receives $50,000

 


Today, the Tennessee Department of Education announced over $2 million in Perkins Reserve Grant awards to 38 school districts for the 2021-22 school year to support career and technical education (CTE) across the state.

Lewis County Schools received an award of $50,000 for high-quality learning experience: funding for industry certifications/credentials; and aligned career pathways: funding to purchase and expand appropriate equipment and technology.
