Well it sure is a nice and peaceful day here in our little valley. I am sitting in the swing on the front porch. There is a nice breeze blowing, we have shade trees in our front yard so our front porch is in the shade all day.

This has been a busy week, but we’ve got a lot done. We picked blueberries about every other day. I’ve canned juice and made jam. The apples are almost ready, but a lot of them have fallen off the trees. We are beginning to see a lot of those beetles.They don’t seem to bother the fruit, just the leaves.
