The following was submitted by Lewis County Sheriff Dwayne Kilpatrick for June 22 through July 5, 2021. This is a record of law enforcement action and is neither intended to imply innocence or guilt of charges placed.

Allie Addison Allen, Joe Avenue, was charged with arson on June 22.

Eric Steven Sherrill, Mindy Drive, Waynesboro, was charged with shoplifting on June 22.

Virgil Lee Staggs, Summertown Highway, was charged with failure to appear on June 22.

Adam Winfield Lunsford, Hickory Spring Drive, Eads, was charged with disorderly conduct on June 23.

Mary Patricia Smith, Dillon Drive, was charged with violation of probation on June 23.

Johnny Ray Vaughn, Marjorie Cove, was charged with capias - meth possession or casual exchange on June 24.

Brian Lane Baugus, Marjorie Cove, was charged with an attachment on June 24.

Courtney Suzanne Horton, North 47th Street, Kansas City, Kansas, was charged with fugitive from justice on June 26.


Christopher Eugene Baugus, Hampshire Pike, Columbia, was charged with violation of probation and failure to appear on June 28.

Curtis Ray Cagle, Roney Avenue, was charged with simple possession/casual exchange and unlawful drug paraphernalia on June 30.

Charles Brandon Bratton, Brentwood Meadows Circle, Brentwood, was charged with capias - meth possession or casual exchange and driving on a revoked driver’s license on July 1.

Adam Barret Graves, Summertown Highway, was charged with aggravated burglary and theft of property on July 2.

Jerrid Wayne Keeton, Oakdale Avenue, was charged with reckless endangerment on July 2.

Michael Scott Moore, Darbytown Road, was charged with domestic assualt on July 2.

Amber Marie Perrault, Hickory Drive, was charged with capias - criminal trespassing, theft of merchandise and failure to appear on July 2.

Brad Allen Bundick, Blackberry Lane, Linden, was charged with violation of probation on July 3.

Lance Council Odom, Piney Creek Road, was charged with domestic assault, aggravated burglary and simple possession on July 4.

Daniel Wayne Whitehead was charged with violation of community supervision for life x2 and violation of the sex offender registry on July 5.

The department made five on view arrests, three theft of property arrests, and served 32 arrest warrants, one criminal summons, 37 civil warrants and 15 subpoenas.
