Accident knocks out power on 412 East

 

Sara Runions was traveling west on 412 East in her Jeep on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at approximately 8 a.m. when she left the roadway, striking a utility pole just east of the Hohenwald Municipal Golf Course entrance.

The initial wreck broke the pole, but didn't cause an outage, just a blink, according to MLEC District Manager Jason Graves.

Runions reported to Trooper Nick Beckham that she must have fallen asleep while driving.
