The Pilot Club of Hohenwald was represented at this year's Pilot International 100th Anniversary Convention. Those attending were Barbara Hinson, Lindsey Wayland, Gay Hinson, Michelle Reasons, and Molly Reasons. Molly represented the Tennessee District as the sole Anchor in attendance.

The Pilot Club of Hohenwald is one of eight clubs in the Tennessee District. Wayland was installed as the 2021-22 Tennessee District Governor while at the Convention, along with 18 other District Governors from across the United States, including the Bahamas and Japan. Gay Hinson will serve with Wayland on the District Administrative Council (DAC) as Secretary.

Pilot International was chartered on October 18, 1021 in Macon, Georgia, by Elizabeth Leonard and 40 local business women. Since that time, Pilot International has evolved to include male members as well. The name "Pilot" was inspired by the mighty riverboat pilots of that day who represented leadership and guidance.

Pilot International's mission is to influence positive change in communities throughout the world. To do this, we come together in friendship and service, focusing on encouraging brain safety and health and supporting those who care for others.
