The Correa family gathered together at their newly opened restaurant, Los Hermanos, on Monday, August 9, 2021, to meet and celebrate with city and county officials by officially cutting the ribbon for their new location.

The family owns two other Los Hermanos restaurants located in Columbia and Clarksville. Patricia Correa, spokesperson for the family, said that since the opening of their new restaurant, the family has fallen in love with Lewis County. "All the people who have come in have been so nice and it's really a nice city too," said Correa.

The family came upon the opportunity to open Los Hermanos after purchasing property in Linden. Although they live in Dickson currently, the family is planning to build houses on their Linden property to be closer to their restaurant locations and to be closer as a family.

Correa joked that it would be like a little community of their own with her near 30 relatives, all of which were mainly boys. "Los Hermanos even means brothers in Spanish because there are so many," said Correa as she laughed.

Once the ribbon was cut, it was clear how happy and proud the family was to open their new location in Hohenwald, especially Patricia's parents, Angel and Martha Correa, as their family clapped, smiled and cheered.
