In the evening hours of August 27, 2021, Richard John Butler, 62, passed away at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia. Mr. Butler was born in Lawrenceburg, on August 1, 1959, to the late Byron Jasper and Thelma Jean Butler. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his second mother Jean Butler, sister Lou Ann Butler, step-sister Norma Holloway, and nieces Natasha Nicole Smith, Britney Nicole Ann Clayton, and Samantha Gail Butler.
