Notice to Bid: Diagnostic Ultrasound Simulator Training Package for Health Science Program

Lewis County Board of Education will accept bids on a Diagnostic Ultrasound Simulator Training Package for the Health Science Program. Sealed Bids will be received util 2:00p.m. CST, September 16, 2021, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. on September 16, 2021, at the Lewis County Board of Education office on South Court Street. Only original bids will be accepted; no facsimile bids or electronic bids will be considered. Bids should be addressed to the Lewis County Board of Education, 206 South Court Street, Hohenwald, TN 38462. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the following on the outside of the envelope “DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND SIMULATOR TRAINING PACKAGE BID”. Bids submitted by courier service must be marked on the outside of the envelope as well.
The Diagnostic Ultrasound Simulator Training Package must include the following:
• Body Form that includes embedded image locations.
• Software Modules that allow to pre-program pathologies and to mimic various pathologies and clinical cases for FAST, eFAST, Gallbladder, Renal, AAA, and Echo.
• Simulated Transabdominal Ultrasound Probe with Protector.
• PC/Laptop connection capability.
Bid will be awarded for the period September 16, 2021, and ongoing. Bids will be based on what is included with the diagnostic ultrasound simulator training package and price.
