The Lewis County Middle School Panthers football team travelled to Scotts Hill on Thursday, September 2, 2021 for a matchup with the Scotts Hill Lions.
The Panther offense got on-track early in the game when, only :22 seconds into the opening quarter, Micah Godfrey broke free on a 33-yard touchdown run. Kolt Skelton added the two-point conversion run and the Panthers led 8-0 early. Moments later, it was Godfrey again showcasing his speed, this time taking a 45-yard run to the endzone for the score.
