Lewis County Herald - Serving Hohenwald, Lewis County Tennessee Since 1898

On October 2, 2021 Linda Gavin presented Kelly Medford, of the Lewis County Library, with 42 Civil War books from her late husband, Michael Gavin's library in his memory. Michael worked for MTSU as their preservation specialist and worked for the TN Civil War National Heritage Area and the Center for Historic Preservation at MTSU. In memory of Michael, Linda also presented the library with a copy of the Barns of Tennessee written by Michael Gavin and Caneta Hankins in collaboration with The Tennesee Magazine.
