Dr. Andrew Averett, 61, of Linden, passed away October 23, 2021. He was born February 14, 1960 and was the son of Ghean Knox and Willodean Ramey Averett.

Dr. Andy was an extremely intelligent, witty, one of a kind, larger than life - friend, brother, and father. He was a graduate of Perry County High School and furthered his education to graduate with a doctorate degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
